Our hotel in the beautiful, historic Munich's Haidhausen district is located right next to Mariahilfplatz. The nostalgic market 'Auer Dult' takes place here three times a year. The most popular places alongside the River Isar, including the Reichenbach Bridge, are only a short walking distance away.

Park your car in the hotel's underground garage. The price is €16.00 per day. Please note that we cannot take reservations for parking. There is a charging station with two connections for electric vehicles. Charging cables are available. The underground car park entrance can be accessed via "Am Herrgottseck" street, on the left-hand side immediately after the Ayinger in der Au beer garden.
Please note that only cars displaying a green environmental badge are permitted to drive in Munich's city centre. In addition, diesel vehicles are subject to restrictions.You can find out more about this HERE.

Arriving by public transport
Underground railway (“U-Bahn”)
The Fraunhoferstraße underground station (lines U1 and U2) is less than 10 minutes' walk away. It takes just 3 minutes to reach the central station (“Hauptbahnhof”).
Suburban railway (“S-Bahn”)
It takes a little over 10 minutes to reach the nearest station, Rosenheimerplatz. The S1 or S8 lines provide a direct transfer to the airport in 50 minutes.
Tram
The nearest tram station (“Mariahilfplatz”, line 18) is a five-minute walk away. This takes you directly to Munich Central Station in 15 minutes.
Bus
The number 52 bus stops right outside our hotel in Haidhausen and takes only ten minutes to reach Marienplatz.
Tickets
If you’re travelling from Munich Central, you’ll need a Zone M ticket. We recommend purchasing a day ticket, which will allow you to explore the old town of Munich. Day tickets are valid until 6 am the following day. From the airport, you’ll need a ticket for Zones M–5. We recommend buying the Airport City Day Ticket. This will take you comfortably to our hotel in Munich Au-Haidhausen, allowing you to explore the city at your leisure for the rest of the day. Is the hotel easily accessible on foot with luggage?
Yes, the nearest stops are within walking distance. The bus stop is right outside the door, the tram stop is around 5 minutes away and the underground station is under 10 minutes away. However, you should allow for some walking time depending on how much luggage you have.
