Our rooms are designed to provide the perfect setting for any occasion. Host meetings, conferences, workshops, sessions, birthday parties, business lunches, Christmas parties and weddings at our Munich conference hotel.

The MARIAS PLATZL has one large conference room, the Kreszenz4. In addition, the Ayinger in der Au offers other possibilities to make the event more varied, e.g. the Stube in the Wirtshaus as a group room or the Wirtsgarten for a joint lunch break or a relaxed drink in the evening.

Furnishings

Our conference venue in Munich has its own furniture. If you wish to customise the room, we will be happy to get a quote from our external supplier for rental furniture. The tables are 180x80cm / 180x40cm.

Technical Equipment

  • Projector (12,000 ANSI lumens) & screen (16:10 format), 1 flipchart, 1 pin board, Bose sound system incl. 2 hand microphones & 2 headsets, automatic lighting system, free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
  • Beamer connection: Depends on room. Usually VGA / HDMI / Click-Share connections are available.
  • Mixing console connection: XLR connection, no connection cables available.
  • The room is also equipped with a ventilation system. In addition, there are 4 OZONS air purifier lamps in the room.

Our “Kreszenz4-Der Saal” offers enough space for coffee breaks in the back of the room or in the foyer. If the weather is fine, you can also use our “Wirtsgarten”.

To keep your event dynamic, we can organise lunch as part of your conference package in our Ayinger in der Au restaurant, as a standing buffet directly in the Kreszenz4 or, if the weather is fine, in our Wirtsgarten. This allows you to benefit from a varied culinary selection and ambience, especially for events lasting several days. The choice of location depends on our booking situation and your agenda.

Depending on the format of the event and seating requirements, we can cater for up to 150 people.

Yes, out of respect for our neighbours we only hold events in our building until 02:00 am.

Generally we work with minimum prices. For weddings we charge according to consumption. Only for conferences do we offer culinary packages in combination with fixed room rates, which are included in the minimum turnover.

How far in advance do I need to book my conference room at MARIAS PLATZL?

This also depends on the event and the time of year. We have been able to accommodate requests for the following day, but during busy periods we require more lead time. If you are booking a larger event, such as evening events or hotel rooms, this will also require more effort and should be requested at least 2-4 weeks before the event.

Yes, an underground car park is available at the Marias Platzl hotel for an additional charge.
